First time ever using a nursing service. They helped me navigate getting everything lined up. Their employees were on time, kind, helpful not just with my mom, but helped my dad around the house. They did laundry, washed dishes, made coffee, and just had conversation when any of us needed to talk. If we needed to tweak service Always There took care of it. They called us a schedule of who was coming. Their care for my mom was wonderful. They worked with Hospice, and followed their instructions. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Always There you made a difficult time much easier. I felt very comfortable leaving my mom and dad in their care. Jean was awesome explaining their service, and they checked in to see how things were going every day or so.

We had a last minute situation arise that I needed a care giver while my husband had a medical procedure done. I called and talked to Kat and Zack, they both were very helpful. It was so easy to make the arrangements and I was able to rest easy. They told me the name(s) of the ladies and the schedule. My first lady Linda came out at 5 am and that was the day it snowed. Linda was on time and such a pleasant person. I didn't get to meet the other ladies because as it turned out my husband's procedure went great and he was able to come home the same day. I would highly recommend this agency and will definitely use them again if a situation arises. Thank you Always There Senior Care.

Some shady people working at this place. Beware of letting them in your loved one's home. Yes, I am very certain it was this agency that I am concerned over.

This place doesn't hold their employees accountable for anything. Shift change is never on time, overnight shift is always sleeping, & never letting the decent employees have time off

My Grandmother raised me, and I researched the very best care. I was very reluctant. They were more than I could ever expect. I can’t even begin to express how amazing they were. They made our lives, as well as my Grandmothers life so incredible. I won’t ever forget how compassionate this company was.

Almost two years ago, I learned that my mom has advanced dementia and was no longer able to live alone. My husband and I decided it was now our turn to take care of her. Always There Senior Care has been there every step of the way to help me honor my mom's wishes to live at home. The ladies that care for my mother have been gentle and compassionate. The office staff is easy to work with when a scheduling need arises or support might be needed for me. Thank you to Always There Senior Care for taking great care of my mother and allowing my husband and I to have some time to live our lives!

I found Always There Senior Care through the Alzheimers Association of Wichita. It was the best decision regarding help with my mother that I've ever made. Their understanding and caring about my situation made me feel so relaxed. Everyone I've talked to has been professional and empathetic to my family's needs in regard to helping care for my mother.
