The staff and Drs are always very professional. The nurses work hard to get you an appointment soon if the need arises. Was referred by a friend and see Dr. Narla and Linda Bunten, CPN.

If you have any billing issues, good luck!!! The office manager, Rachel, will absolutely not contact you back. I was billed for all sorts of things that a fully insured person should not be charged for. I was charged 100s for my lab work, charged $83 for the awkward questions about feeling safe, and charged for double visits at both of my wellness checks.

I felt that I had found my doctor that I would
have for years with Dr. Gutiovitz. He comes across as compassionate and knowledgeable.

But buyer BEWARE , at both of my wellness checks, he charged me for two office visits. The second visit was about 15 minutes. The reason that he charged me for two on that one was that he asked ME if I needed a medication refill.

He chose to inform me that the expanded mammogram would cost more, but failed to inform that his questions would cost me hundreds of dollars. He even charged me for those questions that ask about if you are safe at home and if you have enough food - $83. Who wants to answer the questions anyways.

I am fully insured and I incurred bills of close to $600 for my two wellness visits. Since he charged me for 2 visits on the same day, my insurance only covered the more expensive one.

It is a shame that a seemingly wonderful doctor codes his patient’s wellness visits in a way that caused me to incur huge bills. His office manager, Rachel, is unreachable. Tried to set up a time to discuss it with her. She never responded to me.

Yes, he seems very kind and caring, but it will COST you.

Individually the doctors here seem caring. But this facility seems to have a LOT of issues listening to the patients and caregivers. Repeat requests for medical files to be properly updated and labeled go unanswered after almost 3 years. They have bad scheduling issues. You will be here 8-10 hours even if you only have 1-2 hours of treatment. The departments do not communicate with each other. When explaining the issues to the staff they contradict other staff's reasons. The building as a whole seems to have more patients than they can actually handle causing many issues.Final thought; this place is great if you like being treated like a dollar sign rather than a patient.Patient Relations will be contacted. Again.KU health has some issues. We spoke to Patient Relations for the hospital back when first diagnosed, 7 major incident reports and 12 minor incident reports filed. This facility is an extension of that.Just an outside perspective from a caregiver. Avoid this place.

Quality of care from Dr. Gutovitz is good, but since they are technically part of KU Med, there are outrageous "facility fees" tacked on to every bill. Recently I had a basic doctor appt with a flu vaccine. The "facility fee" was $1681.00 !!!! I'm now searching for a new Doctor that is outside of a major medical institution.

I've been going to see Dr. Nulton since he was at St. Luke's there is a reason I keep coming back to him. He cares about his patients and really spends his time. The staff is really good and responsive. If you need a great doctor, this is the place to go for your family.

I inquired about my bill that i believe there was a charge that was fraudulent, so I was told i needed to speak with the office manager. I am very disappointed and hurt by the phone call i just received from office manager Lynn, who yelled at me the entire phone call, to tell me that i am no longer welcome there. Lynn was very unprofessional, harassing & hostile.

Terrible experience. Booked a new patient appointment, couldn’t get in until 1.5 months later. Waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time and then was told they were behind schedule. Talked with a manager, rescheduled to the following week only to be called this evening and told that wouldn’t work. AVOID at all cost.Advice to this clinic: if you can’t meet the demand do not accept new patients.

They nickel and dime you...watch your billing closely. When you inquire, you get the complete run around.

This office is busy and very efficient. Dr Amita Narla is kind, compassionate and very thorough. I have never waited for more than 15 minutes. I am a big baby about bloodwork and shots and their staff is very understanding.
