This was my first visit to this chiropractor, and could not be more pleased. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. The staff reviewed every document with me, this is very appreciated when you are a first time patient. We reviewed all the paperwork and they had me watch a 4 minute video on what will be performed and the time taken to complete the visit. While I have been to chiropractor's previously, I have never had treatment with an actuator. After receiving treatment I can say I will never go back to being manually adjusted. For years, I had the "snap & crack" style chiropractic. My husband convinced me to try Back to Health with Dr. Heather. I will NEVER go back to the old way of chiropractic again! Dr. Heather really listens to her patients needs for adjustments. Can't say enough good about this office!
