The staff reviewed every document with me, this is very appreciated when you are a first time patient. We reviewed all the paperwork and they had me watch a 4 minute video on what will be performed and the time taken to complete the visit. While I have been to chiropractor's previously, I have never had treatment with an actuator. After receiving treatment I can say I will never go back to being manually adjusted. I could not be more pleased with everyone in the Wathena, KS. office, what a great and caring staff!! I look forward to continuing my care with them and am so grateful for them all.“
