“I was recommended to come to this vet and I am so glad I did! Dr. Julie is very kind and professional. She gets answers quickly and always explains why she recommends certain things. If a treatment option is a bit out a price range that I feel comfortable with, she has consistently offered a couple other options that I could try and those have always helped my pets. I will say she ends up short staffed up front, and I have waited quite a while for a prescription, but that doesn't bother me so much because it's always great service and is reasonably priced.“

“They were able to get me in quickly for what we thought was a serious medical emergency (within 2 hours on a Monday) for our old girl. They assessed her quickly and got testing done within 3 hours for us, and worked with us on payment for all of the tests and everything. They sent us home with some meds and a plan of care. I hadn’t had a chance to talk to Dr. Arnett about Dixie yet and had to bring my cat in for a normal nail appt that Thursday - Dr. Arnett noticed me, remembered me from Monday and checked in with me about Dixie. She really seemed relieved that our girl was doing much better and was so happy. Truly one of the best places - they were so good with our old lady and they’ve been so patient with our tricky kitty. I am so glad I made the switch about a year ago! They genuinely care about our pets and have only ever been so kind. ?“

After going to five other places to find out why my mare couldn't put on weight Dr speer spotted the issue almost instantly and still did due diligence by running tests taking radiographs and was honest with me. He was kind but didn't beat around the bush.

“The vet was very kind and informative. She communicated well before and after my cat's procedure. We were initially told the office was open until 530, so if we worked it wouldn't be an issue to pick kitty up by 5:30. At 5:05 we got a call asking when we were going to pick her up. I stated we would pick her up by 5:30. I was then told that we could board Kitty overnight if we needed to. I was confused and worried. We rushed to pick her up. I will admit to being a little escalated when we picked her up due to being confused and worried. She is our fur baby and didn't want her staying anywhere overnight after surgery except with us. I would have understood better if they had called at 5:25 and made sure we were on the way. Or please tell customers to be there by 515 if 530 isn't okay. Recommend the vet but overall communication could be better.“

“This is the best vet ever. I have been to a few now that I wasn’t too impressed with, but have been very happy every time I’ve had to bring my dogs in. They receive the best care, and the staff treats them like they’re their own. I’ve been here for new puppy care, regular vet check ups, and for an emergency when my older dog was really sick (they were able to get her in same day) and they are always knowledgeable and ready to help. Dr Erin and Dr Lori great, along with all the assistants and front staff. Prices are VERY fair. I would highly recommend!“
