Service is good and the drivers do their job well. However, the price continues to raise month to month and has almost doubled since I started my service. There's been no reason communicated on why it has raised so much and continues to go up sometimes a few cents and sometimes a few dollars per month. If you can get cheaper service that's reliable, go with that.
If your lucky enough to get a driver like I have now you will love it cause he cares about his job and it shows. I was concerned about him when I saw a new driver but he told me that my regular driver was on vacation. I was glad to hear that cause his replacement was lacking a lot when it comes to being friendly.
