24 hour turnaround and what would have taken me a week+ to figure out. Andreas is my new go-to for tech support. He is easy to connect with and is excellent at communicating in non-technical terms. Highly recommend!

Andreas is highly professional and truly is a wizard when it comes to all PC’s, I do not know if there is anything that he does not know how to fix.

I had a smashed Apple Air and I assumed all file retrieval was for lost. After reading the online reviews and then calling him - after A couple of days and exceptionally fair price ALL files were retained.

No higher review is possible. I will be a repeat client for all PC needs.

Very patient with all of my long list of problems. Andre helped me with upgrading my 📱13 Pro to 16 Pro! Also, answered many questions about Cleaning and Protection apps! That helped me, as a Senior Citizen, save money! Definitely recommend him.
