The only thing that I thought was off-putting were the two employees in the parking lot, bouncing a basketball with cigars in their mouth when I was pulling in. Initially they gave me a sense of untrustworthiness. I Questioned my confidence in the service I was about to have done. Luckily, for me, someone else performed my oil change. I was happy and satisfied with his service overall.
Good service, when I was there the guy was training someone and still managed to do a great job. There was a woman who was pregnant working that day also she was very sweet and informative. I appreciate your service.
The customer service was amazing. I originally went for an oil change and they showed me my filters condition before asking if I want to replace it and they also made sure to inform me of any other issues I had with my vehicle and gave me their best advice/recommendations about the next steps to fix my vehicle. If it weren’t for them I’d be driving around with a transmission leak and a very bad Engine leak without even knowing it’s there. They even recommended me to another location they have in town to rotate my tires better because of the rust underneath my car they didn’t want to damage my vehicle just to make a quick buck. Genuinely a really good experience!!!
