I was in the store a few days ago to pick up my glasses and a gentleman named Micah helped me this was the first time I have had real customer service since before covid Micah went above and beyond helping me replacing my nose pieces making sure everything was perfect for me and send me on my way with a big smile thank you Micah in success vision you have a keeper here.

Micah was extremely helpful! He walked me through multiple different pairs of glasses and help me with my very specific needs. Even though I had a hard time with such a very intricate eyeglass requirement he was able to help me out. I cannot express how much I appreciate his assistance. He helped through the entire process and constantly updated me as I went along
