Staff was very friendly and professional. The wait time on this Sunday morning was 45-60 minutes but the receptionist let me know when I checked in. The practitioner who saw me was knowledgeable and knew what to prescribe quickly and efficiently. Great overall experience.
The doctors here are absolutely great, but the wait was not - yowza! Took me over 2 hours to get in and out due to short staffing. Still 3 stars as I understand and still got the treatment I needed, but be sure to call ahead to see what your wait will look like!
I went to Brewster Place Urgent Care on Tues 1/14. Jordan was great. Very compassionate and caring. I was coughing terrible & feeling lousy. The young lady that took me back & gave me a breathing treatment was also wonderful. I really appreciated all their kindness.
