I went in and talked to Shanice about getting a little different style. It's not in excellent condition, it's blah and the damaged part needs to go. She was very knowledgeable about hair and understood what I wanted and she'd just finished with someone but was now available and SHE WORKED A MIRACLE ON MY HAIR! I'M SO HAPPY WITH MY HAIR NOW AND I WILL CONTINUE TO COME TO HER WHENEVER I NEED SOMETHING FOR MY HAIR. SHE'S AN AMAZING PERSON HAS A WONDERFUL PERSONALITY AND I TRUSTED HER AND SHE DIDN'T LET ME DOWN. SHE KNOWS HAIR AND SHE KNOWS PEOPLE. I WAS CALM AND HAPPY WHEN I LEFT.
