Truly a great experience. I went in with a torn tendon and 8 weeks later I not only had a stronger tendon, but I had toned muscles. I'm very pleased with the results and I'm glad I got to meet and work with Jacy Braun.
I had therapy recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture. The staff here are friendly and caring. Most importantly very knowledgeable and structured in the recovery programs. Highly recommended!
I have long standing neck issues and was having a great deal of issues. The Serc staff were kind, professional, and kept me on track. They communicated with me on my level. They knew their stuff. The office is neat and clean. The front desk lady is fantastic too. I only worked with Steven and he was great. However, I saw the others interact with their patients and it was great service as well. It was laid back and not rushed. I got a whole hour each time I went and I did not feel like cattle being headed thru like some other places I have been to. I would definitely go back to this office. Thanks.
