I am very pleased with the service these guys provided. We initially encountered a problem due to their wholesale provider sending (a) an incorrect part for the furnace; (b) an incorrect A/C unit different from the one ordered, and delivered to a wrong location; and (c) a faulty furnace. None of this was their fault and they didn't rest till they got it right, including driving from Topeka to Lawrence to personally pick up a new furnace. Although I hadn't requested it, they gave me a discount for the troubles I encountered with a 1-day job turning into a 3-day adventure. The technicians are polite, informative, and reliable. I highly recommend this company.
Dustin and Mike are the best - friendly, professional, and trustworthy! They were quick and responsive last year when I needed AC repair and have been very satisfied with their maintenance of my heating and air as well. Strongly recommend.

Our furnace wasn’t working properly during the arctic blast and temperatures in my home were hovering around 62 on a Sunday morning. Our typical “go-to” HVAC company couldn’t make it over for 3 days, and I was scrambling trying to get heat back as soon as possible.I called Schooleys and they were the only company to answer or give me a call back. I guess everybody else is closed on Sundays! Mike was easy to work with and said he’d make sure they got to me that day. Dustin gave me a call soon after and got us up and running by 1 PM.Support this local business!
