We placed an order for replacement windows with Renewal by Andersen with Scott Hardin, our sales rep. We found Scott to be knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with information about the product. We appreciate the company’s customer service and the quality of the products. Measurements were taken for the space to be left by four outgoing casement windows and one new huge picture window was ordered and built to specification. We live close to a major highway and road noise was always a nuisance. Once the picture window went in it was incredibly quiet and completely draft free. No cold air coming in during winter months. The glare guard in the glass keeps glare to a minimum. We have butterfly bushes that attract hummingbirds and butterflies.
