This company is doing work on my block. One employee, who was driving his own car, was parked across the street from my home. His hour and a half lunch was spent in the car with his stereo so loud that I couldn't hear my TV. I look at him like he's a representative of the company. Really bad first impression.

Very knowledgeable crew. Timothy, Austin and Bryan were the techs that installed our new gas line from the main to the house. They are extremely courteous and professional as well as answered all my questions. Also they were very neat and tidy. Thanks NTL for hiring this caliber of employees.
