Best gym to train at hands down! Wether you want to train to fight or just train to get in shape this place is it, the Coaches are super knowledgeable with tons of fight experience. Super cool people and They work with you to make you a better person and a fighter. I know from expirencing this gym and training there. they really make you feel at home right away and eventually become like family. Check it out for yourself!
Coach Shanon is extremely knowledgeable in the martial arts. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to train in MMA, Muy Thai, or kickboxing to get some time training with him. He's a valuable resource to the Kansas City area martial arts community.
