I had a tree fall down durring a storm a few days ago, and the tree is currently on my house and on my awning/roof. I've called darn near all the tree service people in topeka, and I'm guessing everyone is slammed bc no one has returned my calls, except for this business. When he realized that I was to far away to come out to my house (I live in holton) he sat on the phone with me and tried to help me figure out a solution on who to call and what I could do. Even offered to come out if I absolutely couldn't find anyone to help me (even though he's also swamped, and has jobs locally he can do.)
