Kansas Guitar Exchange offers great service and a wonderful experience. The owner is super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He has a great selection of reasonably priced instruments, including lower-end guitars, with good prices. He answers questions, lets customers try guitars, and goes above and beyond to accommodate musical needs. A caveat is that he does not take credit cards. He is a selling point of the business.
Great service from Rick. I'm a newbie when it comes to guitars, and he answered all my questions, let me try out several guitars, and gave me good info to help me make a decision. Wonderful experience. Only caveat, Rick doesn't take credit cards. Good thing I had some extra cash on me that day.
Went there on the recommendation of local pawn shop. Rick was super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He had a nice selection of lower-end guitars, which is what I was looking for, and good prices, too. I walked out with a guitar that makes me very happy. Rick was one of the selling points.
