I began my weightloss journey 10 months ago, this is my first success. I have lost about 50+ pounds with this program.I tell everyone I know that are amazed when they see me now.I have reduced my blood pressure medicine. I have so much more energy. My body doesn't hurt anymore.I love trying on size small and medium clothes, and how they look on me.I had the best compliment, my grandson asked my daughter who I was.. because I was smaller.This has changed my life and It could change yours.. Matt is so nice and very supportive. It was awesome checking in with him on my progress and his experience with this program.
I have always struggled with overeating and have tried everything but through a friend heard about Heartland Health & Wellness and decided to call and make an appointment. I'm so glad I did! The people who work there are very knowledgeable and are there to help you every step of the way. I highly recommend them they are there for you every step of the way!
