“We had an issue with our new Generac home stand-by generator. It had previously been diagnosed by Generac as likely a bad battery charger and/or voltage regulator. When Tegan from Shockwave arrived, he was skeptical. When he checked it out, he found a wire missing that was supposed to run the battery charging system. He added the wire, ran the generator through its paces, and had it up and running correctly in just under an hour. We were very pleased with his knowledge and how quickly he had the issue resolved.
