I needed my carpets cleaned. So I did some exhaustive research and decided to call Dr.Clean. I called last Friday, and Heather scheduled the carpet to be cleaned Tuesday. I got a welcoming text from Michael from Dr. Clean. Tuesday Michael and Corey arrived at my place , promptly and on time , even a little earlier. They texted me reminders and called ten minutes before they arrived at around 11:40ish am.
Michael and Corey introduced themselves. With pleasant smiles and respect. Very professional and helpful. No stress, no worries, I am very pleased on the outstanding job. As an extra bonus they even cleaned my runners; three little throw rugs.... read full review

I would recommend Dr. Clean for your carpet cleaning needs! Randall was great - even adjusted his schedule to add last minute cleaning we hadn’t informed him about! Carpets look fresh again!
