A family member who lives outside CWC‘s work area was having some electrical problems and issues that were not up to code. I called CWC and they was nice enough to go out of their work area to get the issues up to code. Rene’ added some new wiring and removed some of the old existing wiring to get the issues corrected. He also added in some new switches, replaced some switches, added light fixtures and a new circuit breaker to separate the outside lights from the basement lights. They were able to move my appointment up. Took a look at the problem and were able to correct it with installation of a new GFI outlet. Tested it and sealed it all up. They made up the invoice and I paid them. I was emailed a copy of the completed invoice. Very efficient and professional employees.

I was unsure how to get things done that I thought I wanted. The techs helped me to understand what I needed and took care of it all. They even did some special touches that were necessary that I hadn't even understood. I appreciate all that they did and talking to me to know what I needed. I will be making another appointment to do some things that I was unware they could do.
