Our original cherry wood cabinets we had built and installed by Custom Wood Products 32 years ago were still perfect but had CW design and install newer cabinets to fit out decor.
While I didn't enjoy our initial appointment and thought our salesperson was kind of rude, in the end she must have just been having a bad day. Happy with the follow up appointments and our completed install!
Our kitchen, laundry and pantry cabinets are perfect! Our rep, Sean, listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life. He offered practical suggestions and design tips. I also had a specific color in mind and Sean went above and beyond to find it and show me options.
The quality of the build was top notch and they were delivered as promised. There was a small accident at delivery that damaged one cabinet. The crew saw it, apologized, took it back to get fixed and it was delivered only a few days later.
Great customer service, great quality. I highly recommend.
