Waited over an hour for “doctor” in a patient room. An APRN told me to take pepto bismol despite me repeatedly explaining that I’m breastfeeding. A basic google search told me it was not safe while breastfeeding. Told me they couldn’t do any testing and I would have to do sample at home and drive it to the hospital. She also sent my medication to a cvs location in a different city.
The staff were friendly and the nurse practitioner was thorough and communicative. My son had hurt his foot and we thought it may be broken. The staff were kind and thoughtful, making us both feel welcome and safe. We barely had to wait at all and felt as though they were as efficient as they could be. My son said they gave him recommendations to help his foot feel better.
They get you in that's about the only thing I could say. I don't think Dr Phillips understands I'm 65 years old I know when there's a problem and I went there today with a problem a 4-day-old bee sting on my ankle that had my ankle so swelled up I can't hardly walk on it she says put my foot in the air I would like to put my foot somewhere else.
