I recently got new insurance for my car and rental insurance for my apartment through Copeland insurance. I always struggled to get ahold of my previous insurance company when anything happened with my car, but Heather P. was so helpful and ensured me she’d always be there to help! She even helped me get locksmith reimbursement from my old company after I had been locked out of my car and could not get ahold of them for roadside assistance. So helpful and kind to work with! Definitely recommend working with Heather!

I have a friend who is insured with this company. And they have gone above and beyond to try to help him with an issue he has regarding a fire at his apartment.he did not realize they cannot help him with the structural issues they can only help him with his contents
