I have a friend who is insured with this company. And they have gone above and beyond to try to help him with an issue he has regarding a fire at his apartment.he did not realize they cannot help him with the structural issues they can only help him with his contents

Copeland insurance is awesome for me, and my company. If a have questions about how I should handle a potential claim now, or in the future they always give me sound advice. Certainly not just "agent speak", but really sound advice. I've had them visit my business, and advise me on many matters concerning employees, and OSHA compliance.
