When first enter, the staff should do a more focused job on the spray down. I even handed one young man a tip for the tip box. Pay attention to more detail.... bugs on the car, etc. I have been known to drive around and come back through 3 times once. Focus on the customers cars as they come will prevent that which I'm sure costs extra money for the business.
Clean the concrete areas where the vacuum is done. I had to jump over mud ... it's a car wash. Keep it policed.
Wanamaker location has the best manager ever. He is very knowledgeable and sold me a wash package when I just wanted a single wash. Great service . Friendly workers. Way better than their competition.
Car wash is nice and organized well. I just wish they spent more time getting the bugs off our windows. They seemed almost untouched. However, the air pressure and vacuums worked well for our interior!
