We had our finished basement flood with a recent heavy rain and had immediate damage beyond our ability to manage. Chavez restoration was to the immediate assist and had fans, dehumidifiers and air movers going to get the humidity down and pull out the water. While we did have a small amount of mold, I know that C.R. is the reason we don’t have to do a huge renovation with mold remediation. I worked with Amanda, Nick and Dan (the owner) who were all incredibly helpful with all my (MANY) questions and concerns. Truly a family owned company, where they treat you like family and get you back on your feet and your home safe again. I want to thank the folks at Chavez Restoration. We had a "small" fire. Our insurance adjuster was certain that we only needed to restore one room. The folks at Chavez helped us understand that the smoke and particulate caused by even a small fire don't respect the boundaries of a room. Dan Chavez and all his crew stuck with us and did a wonderful job keeping us informed. The restoration was done quickly and done right.
