Excellent work. Clean. Bill was as quoted. I wanted a local company to redo my roof and found three Topeka companies who have been doing business here for many years. I checked their records at the Better Business Bureau, downloaded the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) Qualification Statement (nrca dot net) and got quotes from all three companies. Appfelhanz Roofing provided me virtually all the information from the NRCA Qualification Statement without my asking and they had the lowest bid. They scheduled the work, showed up on-time, were courteous, and did everything they promised. In addition to doing a good job in the tear off, replacing broken plywood, installing new shingles, fixtures and vents they replaced my satellite antennae, cleaned out the gutters, replaced my gutter covers, cleaned everything up, and used magnets to get all the nails up. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. The office quickly completed and returned to me the paperwork for my insurance discount. We are very happy with their installation.
