Luke is an amazing agent! When I decided I wanted to buy a home I reached out to him and he responded very quickly. He is very conscientious of your budget and makes you feel like he is always in your corner every step of the way! He found me a home that I absolutely fell in love with the moment I walked in the door within a month of me starting to look.The appraisal process was difficult and the first appraisal was under asking price. Luke weighed all the options and performed his own analysis to determine it was underestimated based on improvements the sellers had made and comparable homes in the area. Luke has been my realtor for two different properties; he found us a fantastic family home a couple years ago and worked hard to get our offer accepted in a very competitive market. The last property we purchased was an investment property that Luke found specifically for us and when there was a curveball thrown at us from the bank with a change in interest rate, Luke pulled all the strings to keep the deal in tact and everyone happy. We ended up getting the original interest rate along with a fabulous investment property that rented as soon as it was on the market. While I haven't utilized Luke (yet) for purchase of a home, I CAN attest that he is ambitious, very hard working, so likable, and committed to protecting his clients in every step of the process. I highly recommend Luke for an interview for whatever real estate needs you may have.
