LMH Health Primary Care is a clean facility with an overall nice staff. Many patients report great experiences, highly recommending the practice. Doctors are described as very attentive, thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and having excellent patient communication. Appointments are prompt, outcomes are quick, and prescriptions or results like x-rays are handled in a timely manner. Specific clinicians and nurses receive praise for being amazing, friendly, and delightful, making patients feel important and heard. However, some feedback notes that front desk staff can occasionally seem less than professional or snippy.
I've had two visits since I've moved out here last July and saw Dr. Sunderland and Dr. Todd I felt they were both very attentive and thorough. I got my xray results back the same day. I even had to call about one of my prescriptions and they were able to call me back with answers right away. Really nice overall staff and clean facilty. Highly reccomend.
The receptionist, Mel, is an absolute delight. She makes you feel important & heard. She is very kind. Tries to get you seen asap. Considering if you feel terrible, that is the best thing!
I have found the doctors to have excellent patient communication. They have been kind and are knowledgeable. I have found that staff at the front desk are less than professional and snippy. I could say more on my thoughts about desk staff, but I want to keep my comments positive and clean for the sake of the rest of the staff.
