Matt and another gentleman with him happened to be close by and saw me stuck. They jumped to the rescue and shoveled the snow from beneath my car and helped push me back into the road. They definitely saved me money by not having to call a tow. Thank god for kind hearted people! Stay safe and warm! ?“

He let me know what his process for finding and fixing a leak in our underground sprinkler system would be and then quickly executed the repair. He also showed me a few things on my timer and then offered to check all my sprinkler heads and found a small needed repair.“

I'm speaking of those that mow, provide sprinkler services, fertilize, pull and spray weeds, spray trees, trim bushes/shrubs. All the employees are so nice and conscientious. Thank you for your hard work! It's appreciated. Barbara Emary“

“As the President of an HOA, I have appreciated the partnership with Messenger’s. Landscaping and groundskeeping are a critical part of the value of each owners share of the community and Messenger’s care deeply about our property.
As with many HOAs, no single person owns the landscaping. It’s owned by everyone in its entirety. Our property gives the privilege to owners to plant in common areas, if they choose. Even when an individual owner chooses to plant something, the HOA owns it. We have policies and rules in place so everyone should know what is allowed and what is expected.
A recent negative post on this site for Messenger’s came from one of our owners and it’s important to clear up what happened. Messenger’s is contracted with the HOA and follows the landscaping policies and rules and regulations in place for our HOA. This member demanded Messenger’s pay them for some trimming that was unintentionally overdone or they would work to negatively impact Messenger’s business reputation. The Landscaping Committee along with myself, as President, insisted Messenger’s not pay for this as our policies make it clear all plantings are common HOA property and any unintentional issues are just unfortunate.
And as gardeners know, items grow back just as they have done in this case as seen in the pictures here. I understand this owner has a lovely area that they have maintained which is appreciated but understanding policies and rules is critical.
I recognize landscaping is emotional and the over emotional reaction by this owner is unfortunate. But taking to negative postings against Messenger’s is misguided since it was the Landscaping Committee and the Board President who directed Messenger’s. And Messenger’s, as a solid partner, follows that direction versus an individual owner who doesn’t own the plantings.“
