I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Aspen Lawn Care. Not only do they consistently deliver top-notch lawn care services, but they have also gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs during a particularly challenging time in my life. Recently, I encountered some serious health issues which resulted in unforeseen medical bills, putting a strain on my finances. People who work here are very nice. They mow my lawn every week.They came out to aerate and at the time had their ‘tree expert’ look at two trees in my front yard that have started dying from the top down. I was told that they would cut the dead off the tree that day. Not only was the tree not cut when they left, but I had to follow up and ask them what’s going on, and I was told they’d be in touch with me the next day. I never heard from them and now my tree is almost 100% dead. They were also supposed to come back and reset the sprinkler timer but I haven’t heard back on that either. I’ve used Aspen now for well over a decade, and they’ve never disappointed. Most recently I had one of their technicians come out to make some modifications to my sprinkler system. Ben showed up on time and clearly explained all of his recommendations which were spot on. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a lawn care company, Aspen is a fantastic choice!
