How is the only person my 86 year old aunt feels comfortable with. He is always patient and professional. I greatly appreciate them making it easy to pay and work with them to make sure her home is taken care of.
Not only did we get great service with our furnace checkup, but also great information and wonderful amount of patience shown with our questions. Derrick took time to explain how the heat pump works, so we now understand more thoroughly the differences between setting the thermostat at emergency heat vs. just “heat”, and when to each. Thanks to regular maintenance check ups (over the past 15 years) from Lancaster Brother’s staff and the care shown again by Derrick today we feel very good about our system continuing to work well in the future!
