Factory Surplus is Kansas City's favorite discount flooring center, now open in southern Johnson County. The store sells solid hardwood flooring, waterproof vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, carpet, and tons of tile. Inventory is constantly changing, so customers can visit often to see the latest deals. Customer service is great, and staff are knowledgeable and helpful with all questions. The store offers excellent flooring choices, great prices, and a helpful environment. Customers love the store and find plenty of selection on tile and appliances, with savings on items like dryers. The unfinished red oak hardwood is gorgeous and a huge improvement.
I had an amazing experience with these guys. I will say make sure you call ahead instead of relying on their website for inventory. That's just a future reference for you guys to keep it updated please.
The prices are unbeatable and shout out to Bryan (sorry if your name is spelled another way) for helping me load via some by hand at times and other larger orders via forklift, he's a down to earth guy who is super friendly. Appreciate you guys!

Love this store. Always helpful people. Great prices! This time Dan and Brian helped us. These photos are their unfinished red oak hardwood. We haven’t stained them yet but already a huge improvement and gorgeous.
Great prices on appliances too! Glad I checked them out and saved myself $400 on the exact same dryer the big orange box store never made delivery on for me. Will certainly check them out for all future needs, great service & environment.
