Dropped my tax info off first part of March. Called them first of April and got a recording stating they were "busy". Was informed they would call when done. Called again around 13-14th and again got a recording. Was told they would file for an extension. Was contacted about May 15th and told forms were done. They were sitting on my refund for months. Pay me interest like a bank would on my money! Terrible service and communication. Will not recommend or use this service again! Then they still charge full price over $200. On simple tax forms.

Took all necessary information 5 1/2 weeks before filing deadline. They said it would take 3 weeks. Uncomplicated return. No responses to phone calls. Went in to get return to file on April 14. They found it in a stack. Had not been touched. No communication. No service. No return.

Tripp Tax has been our tax service for over 8 years. They are very reliable and efficient in doing our taxes. For one year I decided to go somewhere else, but never again. I learned my mistake. Tripp Tax is the only place I'll go.
