We love this place and so does our dog! The owners and staff are caring and professional. We know our dog gets plenty of exercise and comes home tired after a day of playing. Highly recommend Rough Ranch KC!

We've been bringing our baby boy here for daycare and to get groomed since 2024. He is a ball of energy but also a bit socially awkward. He is two years old now and still loves it which makes us happy. We love the cameras to 'check in' on our long days and he always comes home extremely tired. They offer great prices as well as packages to make checking in/ out very easy. Couldn't ask for friendlier staff and a great groomer!

I've had a really good experience with them and I used to work in the dog boarding industry. There was an incident and they handled it like I would with my dog. They were very understanding with my reactive dog. They worked with her to make sure she felt calm and safe. When you enter their lobby, it is very clean and neat. They truly care about their job and how the dogs are taken care of. They went above and beyond when they were taking care of my dogs. I highly recommend them. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.
