Alex came out to fix our shower which had not only a drainage problem but the water pressure was pulsing and weak. After a few hours of dirty hard work, I stepped into that shower that night to what felt like a brand new shower. We've used Lutz for years now and they do a great job and have fair pricing, they do not come out to try and sell you on things you dont need. Alex was extremely professional, polite, and funny!
