Lewis was very knowledge about the product that he was installing. Gave very thorough instructions on the new thermostat and filter replacement. A good conversationalist and very friendly with our dog.
I had a great experience with Andrew who came out to check the AC. He was prompt and professional. He inspected and cleaned the unit, explained the details and offered tips on future services-
I have used LBA for decades and the service is always exemplary! LBA has reasonable prices and I have found that all technicians are highly trained. LBA does an excellent job of getting someone to my house in a timely manner also.
