Heather did an amazing job. I'm not a salon person at all because they always mess up my hair but she gave me exactly what I wanted! She was quick and efficient. I absolutely love it. Thank you Heather!

Service has always been good and fast, but the new tip machine really bothers me. They hide the percentage which I've never seen before, and it turns out the "lowest" choice is 25 percent! Luckily I realized this pretty quickly since it's quick math on $20, but it feels borderline predatory to not show the percentage and have it start at 25 percent. Tip culture is getting out of control but this is the most egregious example of it I've ever seen. People won't even realize they are being borderline ripped off, and that's the point, sadly.
