Many customers have praised the long-lasting cleanliness of the wash, as well as the free vacuums available from both sides of the vehicle. While the cleaning is noted to be above average, some customers have mentioned concerns about safety, particularly regarding the close positioning of vehicles. Despite these issues, many appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by the staff. One customer highlighted the ease and organization of the service, noting that they have been using Club Car Wash for over a year and find it fairly reliable for cleanliness. Overall, Club Car Wash aims to provide a top-notch car wash experience with great service.
We've been going to this location since March 2025, and it's been nothing but a great experience and service. The young people that work at this location take pride in their work. I've had a few of the vacuums not working that I reported and they immediately come out and fix the issue. They are always polite and courteous.
My car wouldn't start after using the vacuums. Brendan-regional manager- was above and beyond with his help, even gave me a ride to work. It was soooooo nice and unnecessary of him to do all that for me! Oh and the car washes are pretty epic too.
As far as automatic car washes go, this one is above average. It gets my pickup cleaner than others I've used, but still misses areas. I've read reviews for those who have had bad experiences and I can see where there might be concerns about safety. I noticed that each time I enter the attendants try to get me close to the vehicle in front of me, also they spray the windshield, then expect me to be able to see their hand signals. At least this time, they waited until I was lined up with the track before spraying the windshield. Still, as I am a member, I will continue to get my truck washes here and hope I never experience a serious incident.
