We moved into a home that has an old outbuilding that had an addition added to it, resulting in gaps and unevenness between the two floors/foundations. Throw in the normal cracks and chips from normal use and the concrete floors were a mess. I desperately wanted the beautiful epoxy floors you see in showroom garages but was trying to be realistic based on what I was working with. We received quotes from 4 different installers but in the end went with Banner Garage because they were more affordable than the others for the same product. We are now a month out from having out floors completed and I could not be happier - I got the showroom quality floor I was hoping for! The Banner Garage team spent the first day filling in gaps and grinding down uneven sections so there were smooth transitions. The second day was spent applying the epoxy and chips and the final day was applying the top coat. I am a little OCD when it comes to details and I have yet to find any spots of overspray or sloppy work in general - beautiful finishing! Can't recommend Ed and his team enough - I love my floor and it's dog approved!
