Chris was amazing to work with. My pool water levels were dropping dramatically and I was worried I had a break in my line. Chris ran a sonar test, dye testing and determined there were holes in my liner. Not only did he identify the problem, he jumped into the water and patched the holes himself. Woke up this morning and the water level is perfect and didn’t drop, not even a spec of water was lost. This guy is phenomenal and would highly recommend. I’d say 4.5 outta 5. Kind of slow to text back, but it’s not like he has a call center answering his phone. Came by quick and patched a liner hole. We were still losing water. Came back again and found a leak in light housing. Checked other possible failures. Good to go. Professional with a bit of chit chat. Let him cook. He’ll get the job done.
Pool leaked over the Winter until almost all the water was gone when we opened pool this Spring. Chris came out during marginal weather conditions and found and patched our leak within 30 minutes. That was 2 weeks ago and the pool liner has been working perfectly since.
Chris uses an electronic device to find leaks. This was much faster and more effective than the old blue dye technique. Chris saved us a lot of money not having to buy a new liner and a lot of anxiety during the pool opening season. I will definitely use Advanced Leak Locators the next time the liner leaks.
