The collectors come as scheduled, which is nice, however, we are frustrated. We bungee cord our trash bin to a posts to keep it from blowing over in high winds. The collectors come and undo the cord, but throw the bin down, sometimes as far as 10 feet from its original location. They also will not remove any small bags. We were using sealed, plastic grocery bags for a while, and they just left them in the bin.Service: Junk removal
Great service! I had another company lined up and they bailed on me 2 days before my roll off dumpster was to be delivered so I called Hill Trash Pickup very "last minute". Melissa was fantastic at coordinating everything and quoting me a very accurate price! Very happy with the service and the customer service I recieved from you all, if I ever need this service again you will be the first people I call! Thanks again!
