I started this yesterday and I don’t know if it actually went through or not so I’m doing it again. I highly recommend Travis Plumbing. They give you options on what they need to repair and when they repair it it’s done right.

Straight and to the point… my mother in laws water heater started leaking. We called Travis Plumbing and they were out here and had the job done in less than an hour. They took great care to dry the area out and ensure everything was working properly before they left. They were polite and courteous to my mother in law and put everything back in its place before leaving. There is something to be said for good honest business. They have my business now as my plumber. I have already set up an appointment for them to come and install a bathroom at my house…that’s how good they are.

They came through for us! Our water heater died last night and they came today, diagnosed the issue, and replaced our water heater all before noon. They were fast and professional and saved us from having to go the weekend (or longer) without hot water, definitely recommend and will go to them first with any future plumbing needs!

My regular plumber recommended Travis Plumbing due to size of job. I called and they showed up less than 30 minutes later and began the job. Took 3 days and the guys were all pleasant and respectful. The price was very reasonable and I couldn’t be happier. They have my business from now on. Thanks Travis Plumbing.

I usually do not leave reviews but our recent experience with this company has prompted me to leave one. This company was subcontracted to repair a flapper and replace a toilet seat for our customer restroom. The technicians sent out were nice and efficient. However, after they left, the new flapper kept getting caught causing the toilet to run so we called them to come back and adjust. We received two bills, one for the initial job and another for the second job that was their fault. When my office assistant called to discuss, the two office assistants working there were rude, dismissive, and hung up on her. They did adjust off the second bill but demanded the bill be paid that day or they would be adding a $25.00 late fee. (Mind you, we had only received the bill TWO DAYS prior.) They said bills are not given a 30-day grace period like most businesses do and demanded payment. We will not be doing further business with this company due to their rude office staff.
Travis and Greg cleaned my sewer and my floor drain / washing machine drain lines. They did excellent work and were clean tidy and pleasant. It went extremely well.
