New patient and it was a great first experience. They offer blankets which is phenomenal, I’m always cold. They are asking how you’re doing frequently (which is helpful if you have anxiety about the process). They were able to fix a cavity the same day so that I didn’t have to schedule out and wait.

I had my 6 month check-up and cleaning and Taylor made the experience a great one. She was very professional and yet was very friendly and made it a good experience. Definitely give her 5 stars.

I was afraid, as my post for my future implant had came out, and I wasn’t sure what it would take to put it back in. They fit me into their schedule later that day, and placed the implant again with no difficulty and no pain. I am continuously pleased with the wonderful service and the exceptional procedures that I receive from New Horizons Dental!

Called in to make appointment. The lady kept me on the phone for 11’ just asked about if I have account with them before or not. Then I said I was not sure that I went there before or other place. I was being honest. I don’t care about the account, all I want is taking my 4 year old child there to check up her toothache. Thats what I cared. But she kept telling me about account with them? For what? She can just tell me simple they have availability early when? It was not until she couldn’t find the account with them then she told me oh we can’t take my daughter in tomorrow or the next day. You have to wait till next Monday. Well my baby is only 4 has a toothache. That’s so unthoughtful. A little one 4 year old has toothache and wait till Monday that she can get her in as a new patient? I tried to ask if is there any availability she kept denied and told me to go the place I used to go because they had my account there. If I wanted to i wouldn’t call this place. They are not helpful for people who are the new patients.
