I had a great experience with Mason and Janelle helping me with securing a loan and how they explained unto me and the loan process and paperwork..Their Attitude was great and very pleasant and would do business with them anytime..
We were in a bind and really needed help, we went to loanmax and spoke with Cassandra she was amazing. Very professional she answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything. If you find yourself in a bind as I did please go see Cassandra you'll be glad you did.
Cassandra,was awesome setting up my plan and money. I found ann alternate way to go and so they were awesome returning the cash next business day and retrieving my title to me. The whole experience was super from start to finish. Thank you loanmax and you should know your Salina location is customer service spectacular.
