Jay came out to my house within 3 hours of my call! He replaced a leaking pipe along with some couplings. It only took him maybe an hour and a half to get finished so I could get back to work. After he got to the house I realized that he was one of the helpers who came to help another plumber that I had called from a different company to remove my waterheater a few years back.
