Amazing place to be. I don't like the surplus of people that you get with these other gyms like Planet Fitness or the YMCA. This gym has everything you need to suit many different lifting styles. 24/7 for members. Scott is a great, passionate owner.

The new gym is very convenient, ample parking, and designed for people serious about training. Scott brings a such a wealth of knowledge from years of training and competition. A must for people wanting to improve personal well being.
