Burgess Locksmith offers excellent knowledge and can fix all kinds of locks. They provide fair prices and very polite, happy service. Their after-hours service is great, with a tech arriving quickly to help within seconds. They are very helpful, performing diagnostics without charge when needed. They efficiently book and complete jobs like rekeying deadbolts on time. Customers highly recommend them and would hire them again despite distance.
10/10 recommend Burgess Locksmith! (I hope to not need them again, but if so, I know who I’m calling when I’m locked out! 😂) They arrived so quickly, were so helpful, and were able to unlock my vehicle within a minute.
They definitely deserve 5 stars. My dog locked me out of my vehicle. It was running with the ac on, but since my dog was locked inside they rushed out and opened it for free. They were there to the rescue in 5 minutes. I was amazed! Thank you so much!!!
I work at 785 Med Spa, and we had such a great experience with this locksmith company! Cooper Brown was especially great to work with—very professional and kind throughout the entire process. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and just overall lovely to work with. We were on a really tight schedule, and they were able to get everything taken care of within 2 hours, which was such a relief.
